2. Location Data & GPS Foreground Tracking

SpeedMaster PRO requires access to high-precision location data (GPS) for the following core functionalities:

• Precision Speedometer: Calculating instant, average, and peak speed in KM/H or MPH.
• Trip Track Logging: Drawing routes, generating GPX/KML tracks, and exporting PDF trip reports.
• 0-100 Drag Telemetry: Measuring acceleration sprints and braking distances.
• Foreground Service: To maintain seamless trip recording and voice co-pilot alerts when the screen is locked or in the background.

🔒 Location Security: All GPS routes and telemetry data are stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database and are NEVER sold, rented, or uploaded to external servers.

3. Camera & Microphone (Dashcam Telemetry)

Camera and microphone permissions are requested solely when using the Built-in Dashcam Telemetry to record road videos with HUD gauge overlays. All video files remain stored exclusively in your local gallery.

4. Bluetooth, OBD-II ECU & Smart Watch

Bluetooth permissions are utilized to connect directly with OBD-II ELM327 adapters to display live RPM, Turbo Boost, coolant/oil temperatures, and DTC engine diagnostics, as well as heart rate sync with Wear OS devices.

5. Advertising & Subscriptions (Google AdMob & In-App Purchases)

The app uses Google AdMob to serve non-intrusive banner and interstitial ads in the free version. AdMob may process anonymous advertising IDs in accordance with Google Play Policies.
