SuperSwell ("we", "our", or "us") built the Eagle Eye - عين الصقر (Find the Difference) app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to provide and improve our services:

• Game Progress Data: Level completion, scores, hints, and achievements are stored locally on your device.
• Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases, transaction data is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Advertising Data: Our ad partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Device Information: We may collect general device information such as device model and OS version for crash reporting.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the App experience
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob
• To process in-app purchases and subscriptions
• To save your game progress locally
• To track achievements and daily challenge streaks

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: For displaying banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Play Billing: For processing subscriptions and in-app purchases. Google Play Policy

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• VIP Pass: Removes all ads for an uninterrupted experience.
• Premium Pass: Removes ads, unlocks all premium categories, exclusive features, and early access to new levels.
• Hint Packs: Consumable purchases of hints (5, 15, or 50 hints).

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.

5. Data Storage & Security

All game data (progress, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain external servers or databases that store your personal data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App content is suitable for general audiences. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Ad Personalization

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings. On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. VIP and Premium subscribers do not see any ads.

8. Your Rights

• You can reset all your game data at any time from the Settings screen.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
• You can opt out of ad personalization through your device settings.
• You may request deletion of any data we might have by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
